GENERAL INFORMATIONS
After continuous research and plastic, we solve the problem of washing and dewatering in film recycling. After considering the characteristic of the plastic, we designed a serious of targeted project plan. Our recycling line consists of
Tearing up the film in packing (for agriculture fillm)
→Sand removing (for agriculture fillm)
→Crushing (wet of dry) the film into flakes
→Friction washing and floating washing, clear away the dust, stain, ink and oil on the film
→Drying by two squeezing drying machine, the drying rate is reach 95%.
We can also customize best plan according to customers’ situation and requirements. After processing by GRNWE’s recycling system, the ending material is in high quality which could widely use for blown film, injection molding, extrusion, granulation. This line has features of highly automatic, cleaning washing, high recovery etc.
